The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a contract with a vendor(s) for the purpose of collecting survey condominium presales data in Montreal and Quebec CMAs. The successful proponent must conduct a survey of promoters of condominium buildings and provide the required data on the pre-sales, sales, and the characteristics of the projects on a quarterly basis.
The expected term of this contract will be for 1-year with a potential for 2, 1-year renewals.
The quotation must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFQ document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on March 31, 2014.
