Requirement: The Contractor will be responsible for providing and operating a vessel in support of a Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) exercise held at Opa-Locka Executive Airport Miami, FL. Specifically, the Contractor must provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, fuel and equipment necessary for the vessel to support helicopter hoisting and aerial delivery sequences by RCAF aircrafts.
