The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a Regional Master Standing Offer for the provision of all labour, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to provide the rental of various Fork Lift Truck rentals and other lifting equipment both without operator on an "as and when requested" basis, in accordance with the requirements detailed in this Request For Standing Offer (RFSO) for various Federal Departments and agencies located within the Ontario Region, excluding the National Capital Region.
The period of the Standing Offer is for 01 September 2018 to 31 August 2019 inclusive, plus two (2) one year options.
It is the intention of the Crown to issue one (1) standing offer for each location listed in Annex "C" - Locations of Supply and Service of the RFSO. Should one offeror provide the lowest evaluated price for multiple locations, PWGSC will issue one (1) standing offer including all applicable locations.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government 3Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Canada-Chile, Columbia, Honduras, Korea, Panama, Peru, and Ukraine.
