RENTAL OF MOBILE TOILETS AND CLEANING SERVICE
NATIONAL SECURITY EXCEPTION
The national security exceptions provided for in the trade agreements have been invoked; therefore, this procurement is excluded from all of the obligations of all the trade agreements.
REQUIREMENT: Rental of mobile toilets and cleaning service at multiple locations.
DELIVERY DATE: The delivery schedule is detailed in Annex “A” – Statement of Work

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
The tender documents will only be sent to the bidders that have signed and returned the non-disclosure agreement by April 23, 2018, at 16:00 pm EDT. The tender documents will be sent directly to the email address that the Non-disclosure agreement was sent from on April 23rd 2018, between 16:01 and 20:00.
A bidder’s teleconference in English will be held on April 25th 2018 at 11:00 am EDT. The information in regards to the teleconference will be included in Part 2 - Bidder Instructions of the Request for Proposal.
Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the bidder's teleconference will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. Bidders who do not attend will not be precluded from submitting a bid.
