Nature of Requirements:
Heavy Equipment Rental, DND Cold Lake, Alberta
Work under this Standing Offer comprises the supply and install
of all labour, equipment, tools, materials, transportation and
supervision necessary to supply heavy equipment c/w operators to
the Department of National Defence, 4 Wing Cold Lake, Cold Lake,
Alberta and Primrose Lake Evaluation Range and the Department of
National Defence, Edmonton Garrison, Edmonton, Alberta. Services
are to be provided on an "as and when requested basis".
It is anticipated that 2 firms will be issued a standing offer.
The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years.
The total expenditure over the three (3) year period is
estimated at $600,000.00 (GST extra).
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
This procurement contains a MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4
for details.

Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.
