Request for Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) to provide
Heavy Duty Equipment complete with experienced operators, in
support of construction projects, repairs on an as and when
requested basis for various Government Departments and Agencies.
The period of Standing Offer will be for 2 years from the date
of award.
There is a security requirement associated with the requirement
of the Standing Offer.
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
