Requirement

The DND Fort Frontenac Library (FFL) requires a new web-based
bibliographic database software (BDS) application to upgrade
and/or replace the current cataloguing software. The requirement
includes task authorizations for professional services for
installation and website design as well as training for the
FFL's four staff members. The contract period will be one
initial year from Contract Award plus 5 option periods of one
year each.

It is the intention of the Crown to issue one Contract as a
result of this Request for Proposal

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
