The work consists of partial excavation of an existing tunnel system to install egress points, and HVAC systems. Other work required includes but is not limited to construction of small building structures to house mechanical and electrical systems, repair or replacement of Insulation on High pressure steam system, High pressure steam piping and replacement, installation of sump pits and updating safety systems.
