MacEwan University is issuing this Notice of Award (NOA) for Publication of Award Information. MacEwan University will enter into a Grammarly Inc. form of agreement for an initial term of 3 years from May 27, 2025, to May 26, 2028. The estimated value of this procurement is $240,000.00 USD over a 3-year term.

MacEwan University in compliance with Trade Agreement obligations, will use limited tendering based on the following conditions and circumstances:
Article 513: Limited Tendering (b) if the goods or services can be supplied only by a particular supplier and no reasonable alternative or substitute goods or services exist (iii) due to the absence of competition for technical reasons.
