EXTERIOR/INTERIOR CONCRETE MASONRY
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
the Department of National Defence has a requirement for a
Regional Individual Standing Offer for the furnishings of all
labour, supervision, tools, equipment, certification and
transportation required to perform exterior concrete and masonry
replacement and repairs within various locations of Canadian
Forces Base (CFB) Halifax, Nova Scotia, on an "as and" when
requested basis.
Period of this Regional Individual Standing Offer will be from
One year (1) plus an additional two (2),12 month option
periods, if required.
The Offeror must hold a valid (as per clause 1 of the security
clauses -example: Designated Organization Screening (DOS) )
issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD),
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), at bid
closing.
MANDATORY requirement at solicitation closing date
AN OFFER MUST MEET ALL OF THE MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS STATED
BELOW TO BE CONSIDERED COMPLIANT. OFFERS NOT MEETING ALL OF THE
MANDATORY
REQUIREMENTS BELOW WILL BE DEEMED NON- RESPONSIVE AND GIVEN NO
FURTHER CONSIDERATION.
1.0 Offerors must posses a minimum of five (5) years related
experience in performing exterior and interior concrete and
masonry replacement or repairs . Offerors MUST use the tables
in PART 4 - EVALUATION PROCEDURES AND BASIS OF SELECTION to list
three (3) major projects/ contracts (one for each project).
