TITLE: Refrigeration and AC Maintenance
Environment Canada has a requirement for a Regional Individual
Standing Offer (RISO) for the inspection, testing, maintenance
and repair of halocarbon-containing refrigeration and air
conditioning systems at the National Hydrology Research Centre
(NHRC) and Prairie Northern Wildlife Research Center (PNWRC), as
required, during the period of the standing offer.
The Standing Offer will be valid for a period of one (1) year
with two additional one-year option periods.
There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.
There is a Mandatory Site Visit associated with this
requirement. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting
Authority no later than 1:00 p.m. September 2, 2014 to confirm
attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
attend.

Offerors must submit a list of names, or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section
01 of Standard Instructions 2006.
For services requirements, Offerors in receipt of a pension or a
lump sum payment must provide the required information as

Offers (RFSO).
FOB Destination: Environment Canada in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan,
Canada.
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
