The Royal Canadian Air Force’s (RCAF) Avionics System Engineering Project, an element within Department of National Defence (DND), has a requirement for a UV laser Wire Marker.
The RCAF’s objective is to procure One (1), UV Laser Wire Marker with the option to procure One (1) additional UV Laser Wire Marker. The UV laser Wire Marker will be used in conjunction with Schleuniger Model No: CMX-MS9480S Multi Wire Processing system to laser etch individual wires which are then bundled together to make up aircraft sub-assembly wire components. The UV Laser Wire Marker will allow the AVS technicians to meet their daily production requirements of etched wire sub-assemblies as well as guarantee their ability to respond to urgent operational requirements.
