This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W6448-22C005/A dated 2021-06-04 with a closing of 2021-06-21 at 14:00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
DND has a requirement for the supply of material to build a tunnel system for development of tunnel clearance Training, Techniques, and Practices. Specifically, DND requires the following components:
- 1 Box Culvert
- 1 HDPE Culvert Pipe
- 1 Corrugation Profile Nestable Pipe
Suppliers may submit a bid for one or more of the components.The responsive bids will be evaluated on an item by item basis. The responsive Bidder with the lowest item price will be recommended for award of that item. Should a Bidder be lowest for multiple items that Bidder will be recommended for award of all of those items.
It is the intention of Canada to issue up to three contracts for this request.
This RFP requires bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 of the RFP entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFP entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
