For the provision of dental equipment, instrument, handpieces and supplies on behalf of the First Nations Inuit Health Branch of the Department of Indigenous Services for various delivery locations in Manitoba including northern and remote areas in accordance to the Statement of Work attached at Annex A herein.
The period of the Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) is from Date of issuance to August 31 2019 with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the SOA for an additional two (2) consecutive one (1) year periods. Work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Requirement and terms and conditions specified herein.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Bilateral Trade Agreements and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT),the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).
