The RCMP fitness program, supported by national fitness and lifestyle policy, promotes the planning of fully equipped fitness rooms in new facilities and the upgrading of fitness rooms in existing facilities where reasonably practicable.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
The Period of the Contract shall be from the date of the Contract Award until all the work is finalized in accordance with the contract / delivery of all goods.
MANDATORY EVALUATION CRITERIA:
1) The RCMP requires delivery of all items specified within the solicitation document no later than March 31st 2014..
CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHOD:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive.
The evaluation team will determine first if any bid meets the mandatory technical evaluation criteria for all of the items detailed in the requirement. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price on an aggregate basis will be recommended for award of a contract.
If there are no bids that can meet the mandatory technical evaluation criteria for all of the items detailed in the requirement, the evaluation team will evaluate the responsive bids on an item by item basis. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price on an item by item basis will be recommended for award of a contract. Multiple contracts will be awarded as a result of this selection.
