Description of the Requirement:
DND has a requirement for the provision of repair, overhaul, calibration, testing, modification, installation, dismantlement, packaging, engineering, instruction and support services for a large family of transmitter and receiver systems distributed across Canada on transmitter sites, receiver sites and bases. The objective of this process is to put in place a 3 years contract for services across Canada.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.
This bid solicitation is to establish a contract with task authorizations (TA) for the delivery of the requirement detailed in the bid solicitation, to the Identified Users across Canada, including areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements.
