Prairie Valley School Division No. 208 (PVSD) is inviting Submissions from qualified Mechanical firms to provide professional services on an as-needed basis through a Standing Offer arrangement. The Standing Offer will establish pre-approved resources and hourly rates for future project requirements; however, it does not guarantee any minimum volume of work. The initial Term of the Standing Offer will be one (1) year, with the option to extend for up to four (4) additional one-year periods at PVSD’s sole discretion.
PVSD spans approximately 27,000 square kilometres in southeast Saskatchewan and operates 41 facilities, including 39 schools, two bus garages, and a central education centre. Each year, PVSD undertakes an average of 10–15 capital and Preventative Maintenance and Renewal (PMR) projects, supported by an annual budget of approximately $3–3.5 million.
