Work Description:
The work required under this contract covers remediation and
restoration of the western portion of the cleared site, where
subsurface contamination exists to a depth of approximately 3.5m
below grade.

Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules
within the scope of work.

Site Visit:
There will be no scheduled site visit for this contract work.

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification
of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to
be completed within four (4) weeks after contract award.
