Description of Work:
Transport Canada requires the services of one (1) ERP Functional Analyst Level 3 to work on the Salary Management System (SMS) upgrade to version 7 for the Internal Services Applications Portfolio.
The Salary Information Management System (SIMS) was implemented to provide Transport Canada with a modern suite of integrated tools to help manage the financial activities of the Department. In April 2001, Salary Management System (SMS) replaced the original SIMS application. The software is a Commercial Off-the Shelf (COTS) product which has been customized with Oracle interfaces to meet Transport Canada’s needs. It is a fully bilingual system designed to permit managers to forecast salaries for employees under the accrual method of accounting, in compliance with the FIS initiative.
Bidders must submit only one (1) bid under the resource category.
The work is currently being performed by FreeBalance Inc for the amount of $470,283.58 (taxes included)
