The NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the General Stream of Suppliers (SA holders)
The Contractor/Bidder must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, hold a valid RELIABILITY status clearance issued or recognized by the Canadian and International Industrial Security Directorate (CIISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
