Health Canada has a requirement for the supply and installation
of one (1) Confocal Microscope in accordance with the mandatory
specifications detailed in the Request for Proposal with user
training for up to 3 people for delivery to Ottawa, Ontario.
The requirement also includes an irrevocable option to purchase
additional items within one (1) year after contract award. The
delivery is required on or before 25st March 2015.

This amendment is raised to extend the bid closing from 8
October 2014 to 22 October 2014.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
