Description of Work:
The Business Analyst - Level 2 willbe responsible for the following services and tasks:
Meet with the leaders of Branches, Divisions and, when necessary, business lines to describe how respective teams will be “on-boarded” and to obtain their commitment and agreement on the deployment approach and timeline.
Confirm deployment schedule, identify and confirm the “Super Users” that will represent the business function and support the deployment.
Produce preliminary reports on migration methodology; iRIMS/OTRM-GCDOCS compatibility; RDIMS/GCDOCS co-habitation; shared drives clean-up methodology; RDIMS/GCDOCS migration strategy (technical aspects).
Only the above listed Bidders are invited to submit a bid for the one (1) resource category. CFIA will not send the RFP to a supplier that is not on this Notice of Proposed Procurement(NPP) invitation listing.
