objectives of this work are to:
? Create updated Canadian versions of the US EPA’s SmartWay tools for six modes (truck carriers, barge carriers, air carriers, multi-modal carriers, logistics services and shippers) in Microsoft Excel, and update the accompanying user guides and technical documentation;
? Develop the long-sea shipping marine module, small truck carrier online tool;
? Create updated Mexican versions for the SmartWay Truck, Shipper, and Logistic tools and supporting database functions; and
? Host and update the SmartWay database and partner portal to accommodate all changes made within this work assignment.
