Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf
of Correctional Service Canada at the Edmonton Maximum Security
Institution requires their Emergency Generator System to be
upgraded by adding a third generator unit to the current system,

The existing EMSI stand alone generator building is located at
the South end of the EMSI facility and was originally designed
to accommodate three generators. A new 1250 kW diesel generator
unit complete with remote cooling radiator will be required to
be installed and tied into the existing control systems. The day
tank, diesel pumps, and exhaust fans will be replaced to
accommodate the larger 1250kW. The fuel supply and return pipes
will also be replaced.

Drawing and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT1)
contains the Drawing and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the public in
English.
