The work covered under this contract consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for scarifying and grading and installing granulars along approximately 1.2 km portions of the 8.5 km gravel access road to the Cape Pine Lightstation from St. Shotts Road, NL. Including removal and replacement of 13 culverts along the route in strict accordance with the specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and condition of contract.
