The work includes removing and replacing the existing elevator
equipment including cables and drive components, refurbishing
the entire cab of the elevator, including all car controls,
controls for each floor, door actuators and sensors, and
complete retrofit of the interior of the cab and to maintain,
inspect, test, provide software updates and/or upgrades and
service the elevating devices as more fully described in the
specifications.
SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on August 20, 2014 at 10:00 am.
Interested bidders are to meet at Great Lakes Forestry Centre,
1219 Queen Street East, Sault Ste. Marie, ON.
Bidders who intend to visit this location must communicate with

the scheduled site visit.
The duration of work is schedule to be completed within six (6)
months from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.
