NRC would like to procure the services of one or more firms with relevantsafety and/or engineering experience with respect to hazardous energycontrol (HEC). The services would involve creating HEC procedures, placards and labelsfor each NRC-maintained machine, equipment and process according to theabove CSA standard. In addition, the services will include the provision oftraining for authorized and affected employees.
