Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) for Task Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) - W6369-17P5LD/A
This procurement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 2 for services for the categories across Work streams III, IV, V and VII.
Requirement
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Department of National Defence (the "Client") for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. The Director Information Management Capability Development (DIMCD) on behalf of Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for Information Technology (IT) professional services to implement Shared Services Canada (SSC) Telecommunication and Network Transformation related initiatives across DND/CAF.
The Contractor must provide professional services to transition DND/CAF employees to Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone, desktop, video, collaboration, presence and instant messaging for online discussions through text and video conversations, and to transition all DND/CAF’s call centres across Canada to a modern IP-based contactcentre infrastructure and service contract. DIMCD is responsible for the management and oversight of the Government of Canada IT transformation program for DND/CAF including coordination of all activities related to these initiatives such as stakeholder’s relationship management, coordination of solution development and deployment and project and change management. The resource categories are as follows:

One (1) P6 - Project Administrator Level 2
One (1) P10 - Project Scheduler Level 3
Two (2) B6 - Business System Analyst Level 3
One (1) B8 - Call Center Consultant Level3
One (1) B14 - Technical Writer Level 3
One (1) I11 - Technology Architect Level 3
One (1) T4 - Telecommunication Technician Level 3
It is intended for result in the award of one (1) contract for a period of 3 year, plus 3-1-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract(s).
