Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is calling
for proposals from Architects for a requirement for the renovation of the Daniel J MacDonald - Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) building located in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. The overall requirement of this project is to implement an upgraded replacement to the Daniel J MacDonald Building’s mechanical and electrical systems, upgrade necessary safety equipment, and complete a new fit-up to A Workplace 2.0 and an Activity Based Workplace (ABW) standard.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be an optional site visit on Wednesday November 8,2017, at 1:30pm. All interested Proponents are to meet at the main entrance of 161 Grafton St., Charlottetown, P.E.I. Interested proponents should provide name(s) those attending to the Contracting Authority by Tuesday November 7, 2017 at 2:00 pm.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the total score established as follows: Technical Rating x 90% = Technical Score (Points) Price Rating x 10% = Price Score (Points) Total Score = 100%
This is a One Phase Procedure, Request for Proposal (RFP) based upon the requirements of the RFP document and the Project Brief.
The successful proponent will be required to enter into a Standard Architectural & Engineering Services Contract (Terms and Conditions are included in the RFP).
Within the RFP Document, the Crown sets out the project requirements, i.e., the particulars of the project itself and the broad scope of services required from the proponent.
