C.3 IT Security TRA and C&A Analyst, Level 3 (2 resources)

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed or faxed directly, from the contracting officer, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT GETS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS.

Description of the requirement:

Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), IT Security Unit (ITSU) must perform Security Assessment and Authorization processes on all systems in CIC. Due to the increasing workload and the technical complexity of these systems, professional services will be required to assist staff in completing security documentation.

There will be multiple projects under the umbrella of perimeter Vision that will involve data sharing, interfaces to existing systems (eg. Global Case Management System (GCMS) and systems development.)

Due to the ongoing need for the department to be compliant with Treasury Board and lead agency policy instruments, eg. ITSG 33, the IT Security Unit requires additional support to complete security documentation for other systems and applications. Compliance will be required for all systems, regardless of size or scope.

CIC may award up to two (2) contracts for this requirement.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract Award to December 31st, 2017 with three (3) options to increase the Level of Effort.
