Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) requires an Enclosed (Cabbed) Plot Combine for the Cereal Breeding program at the Swift Current Research and Development Centre (SCRDC) in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. This purchase will ensure access to equipment capable of accurately and efficiently completing the harvest and data collection process of both dry land and irrigated trials at the SCRDC. AAFC requires this equipment no later than March 31, 2017.
All the deliverables must be on or before March 31, 2017.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
