TITLE: Engines & Transmissions
DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:
Fisheries and Oceans Canada / Canadian Coast Guard, 101 Champlain Boulevard, Quebec has a requirement for
the supply two (2) new diesel engines and two (2) transmissions as well as all control levers, control panels, and information/alarm displays, to replace existing Detroit Diesel engines, model 8122-7400, serial numbers 12VF003743 and 12VF003734, and ZF-type transmissions, model BW250, serial numbers 3124 and 3123 on board the CCGS F.G. Creed. The deliverables must meet the requirement including the mandatory technical specifications described at Annex ?A? of the request for bids.
DELIVERY:
Goods must be consigned to the destination specified in the Contract and delivered DDP Delivered Duty Paid; NGCC F.G. Creed, Fisheries and Oceans - 101, boulevard Champlain, Quebec, Quebec. Canada G1K 7Y7, Incoterms 2000 for shipments from commercial contractor.
TRADE AGREEMENTS:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
