The Municipality of Jasper is seeking a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution and implementation services to replace Diamond, its financial system since 2001. The solution covers the Municipality's core financial functions, property taxation, utility billing, licensing, and online payments for residents, plus a separate instance for the Jasper Municipal Housing Corporation. All modules go live on March 31, 2028. Proponents must have live installations at Canadian municipalities, show working integrations, and name an implementation team available from February 2027
