Municipality of Jasper - Tennis Court Surface Coating Removal

The Municipality of Jasper is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to select a contractor for the removal of the existing acrylic colour coating and painted line markings from an asphalt tennis court in the Jasper townsite, in preparation for a subsequent 50 mm hot-mix asphalt (HMA) overlay to be placed by others under a separate contract. The existing coating must be fully removed, and the asphalt surface uniformly roughened, to provide a clean, dry, sound surface for bonding of the overlay. The Contractor will be responsible for removal of the coating and paint, cleaning of the surface, and haul and disposal or recycling of all removed material in accordance with the regulations.
