To supply and deliver one (1) towable, portable electric
hydraulic person-lift to the Herzberg Institute of Astrophysics
of the National Research Council Canada i(HIA-NRC) in Victoria
BC Canada in accordance with the requirement detailed herein.
Delivery (Mandatory):
- Firm Requirement (Boom Lift): on or before March 31, 2014.
- Optional Requirement (Operational and Safety Training): One
or before April 14, 2014.
The maximum budget available for the firm requirement (Boom
Lift) is $40,000.00 CAD (Applicable Taxes extra).
The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical
merit and price will be recommended for award of a contract,
provided that the total evaluated price does not exceed the
budget available.
This procurement is subject to the provision of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
English.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
