Négociateur - Convention collective

The contractor will perform work in an advisory role to the NEB management, acting as chief employer negotiator on behalf of the NEB for collective bargaining with the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PISPC) in respect of negotiating a new collective agreement to replace the current Agreement which expires 31 October 2018. The contractor is expected to provide expert advice and consulting services to the NEB management on all aspects of collective bargaining including dispute resolution and representing the NEB.
