Cleaning of drainage pipes and sandtraps, 715 Peel
"Request for Tender in order obtain services of cleaning of
drainage pipes and sand traps on two parking levels of the
federal building 715 Peel in Montreal and consisting mainly of
office spaces".
A madatory site visit to be held on Wednesday, June 13th 2012 at
10h00 AM at 715 Peel, Montreal, QC. H3C 4H6.
Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later
than five (5) days before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will
attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form.
Contract period is two (2) years with three (3) optioanl years.
This procurement is subject to SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.
The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on
the minimum mandatory requirements, a numerical score for
operational criteria, qualitative and a financial analysis.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is between $100,001 and
$250,000 GST included.
