The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the provision of all labour, materials and equipment required to carry out the cleaning of kitchen exhaust systems in various locations of Canadian Forces Base (CFB) 8 Wing Trenton.
It is the intention of Canada to award one contract for the requirement.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposal process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
