The sourcing strategyrelated to this procurement will be limited to suppliers in Eastern Canada Region, in accordance with the Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair andModernization Policy (1996-12-19) subjectto the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). This procurement is exempt fromNAFTA [see Chapter 10, Annex 1001.2b, paragraph 1 (a)] and from the WTO-AGP (see Annex 4).
