The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) has a requirementto purchase two Channel Survey and Sounding Vessels (CSSV) in accordance with the requirements found in Annex ?A? Statement of Work and its associated appendices. The requirement also includes the option to purchase two more Channel Survey and Sounding Vessels and two wheeled cradles.
The procurement strategy selected for the Channel Survey & Sounding Vessel is to procure a commercial off the shelf (COTS) or modified COTS platform with mission specific equipment for sounding & surveying work. The Bidder must demonstrate at bid that its vessel meets or shall meet both the standards of TP1332 and Canada’s Baseline Requirement Document.
