This requirement is for the supply, delivery, and off loading of
runway deicing/anti-icing compounds for airfield pavements to
the Department of National Defense and other various Federal
Government Departments and Agencies on an "as when requested"
basis over the period of the Standing Offer. Delivery, which is
F.O.B. Destination Prepaid and Charged, includes off-loading to
locations identified in the call-up.
