This Notice of Intent (“NOI”) is hereby issued to formally notify that NorQuest College intends to participate in the procurement of goods and/or services through competitive processes conducted by the following buying groups, in accordance with applicable trade agreements and procurement policies.

• Canoe Procurement Group of Canada
• Government of Alberta (GOA)
• Cybera ShareIT Program

As a member of these buying groups, NorQuest College will leverage procurement arrangements established through competitive processes conducted by these groups to efficiently source goods and services for the College.
