Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) - Pre-qualification Request - REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION CONSULTANT SERVICES Electrical Consultants (F27-0000-023)

The purpose of the Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is to identify up to a maximum of four (4) qualified and experienced Electrical Consultants to provide professional electrical design and related services to assist the Owner in the execution of various design and construction projects, from December 14, 2026 to December 13, 2029.

The Pre-Qualification of Preferred Proponents is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process for services:

• the first stage is the creation of a ‘Pre-Qualification List’ of qualified Electrical Consultants that Owner intends to use for multiple projects of specific requirements each with an estimated fee value less than $75,000; and,
• the second stage is the selection of a Successful Proponent(s) from the ‘Pre-Qualification List’ for the award of Work.
