NEW 5 WING GOOSE BAY SITE SUPPORT SERVICES W0123-13-CE01
SCOPE
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) anticipates
soliciting industry to deliver Site Support Services in support
of the DND activities at 5 Wing Goose Bay, Newfoundland and
Labrador, Canada. It is Canada's intention to solicit industry,
through a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP, for those
services outlined at Annex A. This requirement is expected to
be for a ten-year period plus two (5) year options and
encompasses all operation and maintenance service as mandated by
the Royal Canadian Air Force. Prior to commencing with the
procurement process it is Canada's intent to request information
from industry with regards to the upcoming procurement.
NEW ENGAGEMENT PROCESS
In order to ensure a successful procurement for the provision of
the New Contract for Site Support Services activities at 5 Wing
Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, Industry shall be
engaged in an engagement process as the first step in this
solicitation. The engagement process includes an "Industry
Engagement Session" followed by one-on-one "Industry Meetings"
and Industry "Working Group Meetings", followed by the
conventional RFP process.
