The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) as a requirement for a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) on an "as and when"requested basis to provide Trauma First Aid Supplies for training and operational requirements in accordance with the requirement detailed in Annex ?A? and the Purchase description in Annex B. Delivery will be made to the RCMP Detachment at various locations across Canada as detailed in Annex ?C?.
The period of the Standing Offer will be for three (3) years from date of issuance.
The requirement also includes an irrevocable option to extend the period of Standing Offer up to two (2) additionalone (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions and at the same prices specified in the Standing Offer.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
