Nature of Requirements:
High Pressure Welding Standing Offer, Edmonton Garrison, CFB
Edmonton, Alberta

Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled
licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material as
requested by Department of National Defence in the form of call
ups for high pressure welding and repairs to structural metal
fabrication as well as minor structural work for boiler repair
and security fencing at the Edmonton Garrison, CFB Edmonton,
Alberta. Services are to be provided on an "as required"
basis. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a
standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of
three (3) years. The total expenditures over the term is
estimated at $750,000.00 (GST/HST Extra).

This procurement contains a MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4
for details.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

THROUGH MERX DISTRIBUTION.

Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.
