LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING SERVICES
GSIN: K108
The mandate for this request is to supply a service of laundry
and dry cleaning including pick-ups and deliveries as described
in Annex «A» of this request for standing offer.
This request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) is
required for a period from date of issue and for a period of 24
months + possibility for one additionnal period of 1 year.
The service is required for:
Department of National Defence Canada
Garrison of Montreal and St-Jean-sur-Richelieu
Québec
IMPORTANT / OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made to see
items at the work site. The site visit will be held on Friday
July 5th, 2013, at 09:30 am.

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
Authority 3 day(s) before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
attend.
Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form. Bidders who
do not attend or send a representative will not be given an
alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from
submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid
solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
an amendment to the bid solicitation.

Canada's two official languages.
