Public Works and Government Services requires a Regional
Individual Standing Offer for
Moving Services. The work under this Standing Offer Agreement
includes, but shall not be limited to, the provision of labour,
materials, tools, supervision and equipment necessary for the
primarily general moving of office equipment and effects and
equipment. Other items that may be included are household
furniture, warehouse shelving and equipment, laboratory
equipment, computers, marine equipment and support effects. The
work sites for this Standing Offer are the Avalon Peninsula, St.
John's and surrounding areas. Other communities in Newfoundland
and Labrador providing Contractor's representation in those
areas.
The term for the standing offer is for 2 years, on an "as and
when required basis". A standing offer is an agreement and not
a contract. The Crown reserves the right to award to more than
one contractor.
