Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for General
Maintenance Services, Various locations, St. John's, NL. The
work of this Standing Offer will consist of, but will not be
limited to, the supply of all labour, materials, tools, test
equipment & equipment necessary to perform minor construction
and/or minor repairs, and maintenance to buildings and building
equipment, including structural, electrical, mechanical and
painting. Work sites for this Standing Offer is in the St.
John's area, including, but not limited to, Northwest Atlantic
Fisheries Centre (NWAFC) and Correctional Services Building
(Pleasantville).
The term for the standing offer is for 2 years, on an "as and
when required basis". A standing offer is an agreement and not
a contract.
