Request for Regional Individual Standing Offer for the Department of National Defence (DND), 25 Canadian Forces Supply Depot in Montreal, Quebec for the purchase of construction lumber that has been heat treated in accordance with ISPM 15 normes of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency's Canadian Wood Packaging Certification Program. We anticipate the purchase of Certified HT spruce and STD Plywood. The purchase by DND will be on an as- and- when requested basis.
The period of the Standing offer will be from the date of issue for two years. No option years will be exercised for this requirement.
